Combine only clean, sterile boiled water or purified bottled water with a pinch of Original Himalayan Crystal Salt or a (sterile saline packet) to create a saline solution.

Pour into the center opening of the neti pot.

Tilt your head to the side over a sink then place the spout of the neti pot in your upper nostril. While breathing through your open mouth, gently and slowly pour the saline solution into your nostril. The liquid drains through the lower nostril closest to the sink. Turn your head to the other side and repeat on the other nostril.
