Shipping & Delivery

We process orders with prayerful care and promptness.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holy days).
  • Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and are interested in our products, please reach out we’re happy to explore options to serve you!

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction and health journey matter to us deeply.

  • Return Window: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, functional tests, or perishable items.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email us at support@victresshealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
    3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
