Just add water and raw, local honey! Keep in refrigerator for up to 3 months (all through the cold and flu season!). 

Dosage: 1 tsp/day for children over age 1. For adults, 1 TBSP/day unless sick: increase dose to every 2-3 hours until symptoms disappear
